Frequently Asked Questions

Membership is open to all individuals, groups (chamas), and corporate organizations. You need to fill a membership application form and provide required documents.

Once you have all requirements and are approved, loans are processed the same day and money disbursed within 24 hours.

The minimum monthly savings contribution is KES 2,000. For share capital, members are required to purchase a minimum of 100 shares valued at KES 500 each.

Yes, members may voluntarily withdraw their savings from the Society, and refunds are processed within 60 days after clearing all liabilities.

Members can qualify for loans up to 3 times their total deposits. The maximum amount granted shall not exceed three times a member's deposits.

Yes, if a loan repayment has not been received by the cutoff date (10th of the following month), a member incurs penalties on the loan amount.
